Dr. Reema Ajluni was born and raised in the metro Detroit area. She graduated from Marian High School of Bloomfield Hills. She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology at Wayne State University. She then went to the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry to obtain her doctorate of dental surgery. Dr. Ajluni has a true passion for dentistry. She has received numerous certificates by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in injectables including Botox and Juvéderm fillers. She loves helping patients look and feel their best. Dr. Ajluni is highly skilled in the fields of endodontics, implantology, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. Her primary focus is patient care. She is devoted to nurturing relationships with her patients and creating the most comfortable environment for them. She caters to each patient’s concerns, focuses on the education of disease prevention, assures that each patient is cared for, and truly makes her patient family feel like family. Her absolute favorite part about being a dentist is being able to connect with patient's family stories and watching them grow through the years.
Dr. Reema met her husband, Remy, in dental school. They have a wonderful son, Enzo, and a lovable mini bernedoodle, Max. She is very active in her free time. Her most special time is spent with her family. Together they love to travel, garden and cook.
Dr. Earl K. Bogrow, D.D.S., F.A.G.D.

Dr. Earl K. BogrowDr. Earl K. Bogrow, D.D.S., F.A.G.D. is a husband and father of two. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1975 and graduated with his Dental degree in 1979 from The University of Michigan .
Dr. Bogrow completed his residency in 1981 at the Department of Dental Health in Honolulu, Hawaii. Earl has been recognized as a Fellow within the Academy of General Dentistry . He is a member of the American Dental Association , Michigan Dental Association , Oakland County Dental Society , Academy of General Dentistry, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, and L.D. Pankey Alumni Association. Dr. Bogrow is also a Diplomat and Certified Member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. His advanced training enables exceptional treatment for our patients who have problems associated with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. He has been in private practice since 1981.
A general dentist who is a “Fellow” in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), Dr. Bogrow has been recognized by other general dentists as a leader who is committed to superior patient care through quality continuing dental education. Fellows have accepted the charge to keep abreast of advances in dentistry for the benefit of patients and the betterment of dentistry. Through their commitment to lifelong learning, Fellows serve as mentors and leader to other dentists pursuing continuing dental education. They set examples in their communities with their hard work, concern and involvement.
Dr. Greg Young, D.D.S.
Dr. Young earned his DDS degree from the University of Detroit, in 1979. He started his implant training in 1982 with a six month preceptorship with Dr. Paul Mentag, placing blades and subperiosteal implants. In 1985 he started his root form implant training at the world renowned Misch Implant Institute. Since then he has taken hundreds of hours of education with some of the best implant clinicians in the world.
Dr. Young has gone on to distinguish himself as a leading expert in implant dental care. He is a member and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He was also selected to be a mentor to other doctors seeking fellowship certification. Additionally, Dr. Young is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology & Implant Dentistry. This is a very sought after certification that currently only 300 active dentists world-wide have. It involves extensive post-doctoral training and years of experience, as well as, a comprehensive written exam and a series of oral exams conducted by an expert panel of implant dentists.
Dr. Young has lectured to hundreds of dentists and been the keynote speaker for various dental organizations. His topics range from staff motivation to many implant related topics. He currently, limits his practice to implant surgery and works for several offices both in Michigan and Florida. Dr. Young and his wife, Sandy, have been married for over 40 years and have two beautiful daughters, two son in laws, and an adorable granddaughter, and a handsome grandson. In his spare time Dr. Young enjoys golfing, skiing and weight lifting.
Amy Blauvelt, Office Manager
Amy has been employed in the dental field for too many years to tell. She started her dental career as an assistant and has since settled into the business end of the profession. Amy has a wonderful family consisting of her husband, daughter and son. She enjoys reading, especially mystery, law, and medical suspense books. She also enjoys knitting, needlepoint and going to the movies.
Alexandra Hicks, Administrative Assistant
Alexandra is joining our team to work with assisting Amy in the office. She loves being able to be in communication with patients and be a welcoming face when people come in. Alexandra is excited about her time with Mission Point Dental because of the positive environment and high quality of care. Outside of work Alexandra loves to spend time with her family and cats. You can also find her doing art projects and trying new coffee shops.
Lori Phillips, RDH
Lori is a 1979 graduate of the University Of Michigan School Of Dental Hygiene and had been a practicing dental hygienist since. She joined the staff of Bogrow and Associates in 1992. She has two grown children and enjoys inline hockey, both as a coach and a player. She also rides and trains horses with her daughter.
Stacie Banghart, RDH
Stacie attended Lansing Community College and has been a registered dental hygienist sine 2015. She has a passion for helping educate patients on their oral hygiene and the role it plays in their overall health. Stacie also loves interacting and forming trusting relationships with her patients so that they always feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Stacie has been married to her husband Danny since 2016 and they currently reside in Ferndale. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, working out, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Stacie is happy to be a part of the Mission Point team and looks forward to meeting you.
Rachel Bowman, Lead Clinical Assistant
Rachel has been an assistant in general dentistry since 2009 and she is very excited to be the newest member of the Mission Point team as Dr. Pillai's lead assistant. Making sure patients are comfortable and well taken care of is her main priority. When Rachel is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 children. Rachel also enjoys cooking and reading. She looks forward to meeting you!
Cyntashia Calloway, Dental Assistant
Dentistry has been my field of choice since attending a class in high school where I receive and award from Health Occupations Students of the America (H.O.S.A) for Dental Terminology. In 2016 I attended Dorsey Schools where I completed the Dental Assistant program and was recognized for High Academic Honors. I am delighted to be apart of Dr. Pillai’s team and I look forward to helping patients feel comfortable while in our care. Outside of work, I have a beautiful family of four children and we enjoy going on walks together, listening to music and cooking.
Barbara Ingraham, Clinical Assistant
Barbara has worked in the dental field since 1982 as a dental assistant and in the front business office. She joined Dr. Bogrow’s team in 1992 were she spent the first three years as a dental assistant, the next ten years managing the front desk and now she works in the back as a clinical assistant coordinator. Barbara has “a wonderful husband, two beautiful daughters and a beautiful stepdaughter.” Besides enjoying her work and family, Barbara is an animal lover and enjoys reading, sewing, crafts, and sports.
